Coco Coir is a natural material made from the husk of a coconut, and makes a great bedding for your worms. Not only is it good to build a great worm farm which ensures low maintenance (as it holds water and moisture well), the coco coir also hold nutrients - resulting in happy worms.
The Coco Coir is sold as a solid "brick" , the amount of which is ideal for one tray of the worm farm. The instructions on how to use the coco coir as bedding are provided on the brick itself.
