Shipping / Delivery

We currently have two methods of delivery:

1) National deliveries: Postwink/WAWO delivers throughout South Africa, using professional courier companies. 

2) Collection: clients are also welcome to collect their orders from our warehouse in Kensington/Maitland in Cape Town at no cost. Kindly call us for directions on 021-448 7294 or find us via google on Google Maps. We are open for collections from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am until 4:00pm.

Standard Orders 

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are prepared for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed, unless the order is placed on a Friday, over the week-end and/or close to South Africans Public Holidays - as Postwink closes over the week-end and public holidays. Note that although we aim to keep stock of all products reflected on this Online Store, in the event that we do not have the stock, we will email you with your expected lead time. This lead time may vary between 7 to 21 days, depending on the order.

Shipping/Delivery time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our Postwink warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 1 and 7 working days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, depending on the time of year. Currently, you cannot order online for International deliveries. Should you require a delivery outside of South Africa, email us for a quote at

Free Item Orders

Postwink offers regular promotions. Please note that if your order is part of a free product promotion then delivery times may increase. If your item hasn't arrived after 30 days then please contact us for a refund or a replacement. 

General Customer Service and Complaints

At Postwink, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and we want you to get your orders in good time and in good order. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, please email Management directly at with the relevant details and we will handle any complaints as a matter of urgency, and in an anonymous manner if required.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are automatically calculated on Check-Out. Note that Bulky orders can require special delivery and hence a special rate is calculated at Check-Out. 

Note that shipping costs are estimated on a % of your order value and product weight- assuming that the more expensive items are the bulkiest. For Large orders that amount to R9000 or more, we encourage you to rather email our Sales team at, in order to get a more accurate quote , including accurate shipping cost to your door and, if relevant, a volume discount.

Outlying areas (such as farms etc..) and smaller towns could be charged extra as a result of their location. If you are concerned about the delivery charge calculated, email us a copy of your order and we will investigate accordingly.
