Shipping / Delivery
We currently have two methods of delivery:
1) National deliveries: Postwink delivers throughout South Africa, using professional courier companies.
2) Collection: clients are also welcome to collect their orders from our warehouse in Kensington/Maitland in Cape Town at no cost. Kindly call us for directions on 021-448 7294 or find us via google on Google Maps. We are open from Monday to Friday from 8:30am until 4:30pm.
Kindly read below for more information on our lead times and process.
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are prepared for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed, unless the order is placed on a Friday, over the week-end and/or close to South Africans Public Holidays - as Postwink closes over the week-end and public holidays. Note that although we aim to keep stock of all products reflected on this Online Store, in the event that we do not have the stock, we will email you with your expected lead time. This lead time may vary between 7 to 21 days, depending on the order.
Shipping/Delivery time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our Postwink warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 1 and 7 working days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, depending on the time of year. Currently, you cannot order online for International deliveries. Should you require a delivery outside of South Africa, email us for a quote at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Free Item Orders
Postwink offers regular promotions. Please note that if your order is part of a free product promotion then delivery times may increase. If your item hasn't arrived after 30 days then please contact us for a refund or a replacement.
General Customer Service and Complaints
At Postwink, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and we want you to get your orders in good time and in good order. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, please email Management directly at email@example.com with the relevant details and we will handle any complaints as a matter of urgency, and in an anonymous manner if required.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated on Check-Out. Note that most Cape Town, Gauteng and Durban postal codes qualify for free deliveries for orders with the value between R750 to R9,000, EXCEPT for orders of wheelie bins, the 25Kgs Bokashi Bran PolyBag and/or a combination of products that amount to 20Kgs or more in actual weight. Bulky orders can require special delivery and hence a special rate is calculated at Check-Out.
If you are in Cape Town, Durban or Gauteng, and on Check-Out, your order (without wheelie bins or 25Kgs Bokashi bags) does not reflect Free shipping (& your order value is between R750 and R9,000), then please kindly send us a screenshot/whatsapp at 0794917615 or firstname.lastname@example.org , so we can investigate for you, and rectify if necessary.
Note that shipping costs are estimated on a % of your order value - assuming that the more expensive items are the bulkiest. For Large orders that amount to R9000 or more, we encourage you to rather email our Sales team at email@example.com, in order to get a more accurate quote , including accurate shipping cost to your door and, if relevant, a volume discount.
Outlying areas (such as farms etc..) and smaller towns could be charged extra as a result of their location. If you are concerned about the delivery charge calculated, email us a copy of your order and we will investigate accordingly.
