  1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
Postwink pty ltd is a business mainly in the waste industry that supplies products which are related to waste separation and waste reduction. It also has an ecommerce department, operated via the website www.shopPostwink.co.za, which includes consumer goods such as a range of cleaning products, a range of reusable cups, straws & bottles and a range of upcycled fashion bags.
 
  1. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of email using an order number. Some products may have a manufacturing lead time of up to 18 working days – while stock items can be dispatched within 1 or 2 working days. Should Customer select delivery , a 3rd party courier company will deliver the goods.
 
  1. Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
For orders to Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Swaziland or Lesotho, contact a Postwink Sales person on info@postwink.co.za or visit www.postwink.co.za.
 
  1. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Postwink pty ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Postwink pty ltd will manufacture the goods and a lead time between 10 to 20 working days may apply. Should the client request a refund as a result of the lead time incurred, Postwink pty ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
 
Should the goods supplied are received damaged by the client, and the client advises of the damage within 3 days of receipt, Postwink pty ltd will arrange for a replacement unit to be delivered at no additional cost to the customer.
 
Should the customer not be satisfied with the goods received, for any reason other than damage or poor quality, Postwink pty ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. If no reason was provided for the required return, cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
 
  1. Customer Privacy policy
Postwink pty ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

  1. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
 
  1. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Postwink pty ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
 
  1. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Postwink pty ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
 
  1. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
 
  1. Responsibility
Postwink pty ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
 
  1. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Postwink pty ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
  1. Variation
Postwink pty ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
